The membership of the organization is comprised of a team of 35 successful and positive male role models for young minority males to emulate in the community. They provide alternatives to self-destructive behavior and societal pitfalls for the youth programs; promotes and sponsors developmental programs that will help our young males effectively deal with the challenges and struggles that now confront today’s youth. Additionally, a support system is provided for young fathers that will give them information, tools, and skills needed to become more involved in the parenting of their children.

The mission of the Corporation is to provide educational, cultural, social and athletic enrichment activities for elementary, middle, and senior high school male students from various socioeconomic backgrounds. Additionally, provide them with the life skills and high self-esteem building experiences that will lead them away from a life of crime and violence.

The corporation provides programs to address the critical issues of teenage pregnancy, drug abuse and addiction, and other programs geared toward helping youth to take charge of their future.
