FACILITATORS

Serve as mentors for the members of the youth program. There are trained facilitators working with the program. They follow-up with each of senior members, after their graduation, to provide a continuous support system as they move through the next level of academia.

OUR FOCUS

The team members of the Corporation focus on four general assumptions:

There are positive, successful young men in the Miami-Dade community to emulate.

There are positive alternatives for teenage males to self-destructive behaviors and societal pitfall.

High self-esteem breeds success.

Corporations and community organizations must be responsible for the preparation of our young males to effectively deal with the challenges and struggles that now confront them daily.

RESOURCES

Contributions come from the solicitation of funds and in-kind services of parents, businesses, grants, and other fund raising activities.

EVALUATION

Each program and activity will be evaluated on an ongoing basis to measure the impact they are having on the participants.
